Rates
We recognize that you have several choices when selecting an
Apple consultant and will strive to exceed your expectations.
In addition to giving you the best technical support, our goal
is to provide you with exemplary service.
Understanding the concept of good news travels fast but
bad news travels faster, we realize that it is in our
best interests to make certain you are more than satisfied with
our work. Our success depends on the good will and referrals
of our clients.
- Standard hourly rate - $160.00 per hour
- Server hourly rate - $210.00 per hour
- Emergency rate - 1.5 times the hourly rate (Standard or Server)
(for service before 8:00 AM or after 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday,
weekends and major holidays)
- Standalone, non-networked computer - $130.00 per hour
We also offer both prepaid service contracts and monthly maintenance contracts. Please contact us for more information.
Guarantee
Caldera Consulting guarantees that all services and consultations
will meet your approval. If you are dissatisfied for any reason,
no charges for services will apply if we are notified within
two (2) days of the completion of services in question.
Certifications
Apple certifications indicate that we have the foundation and necessary knowledge to service Apple systems. It is a requirement for employment with Caldera Consulting that our consultants hold certifications for Apple's latest software (macOS 10.13). Our consultants have earned the following certifications:

Directory Services Integration and Administration
- Apple Certified Technical Coordinator
